Football Letterwinners Weekend is scheduled for November 12-13
This is the association's major social event for the year and provides an opportunity to reconnect teammates and players of other eras. The weekend will begin with the Football Letterwinners Recognition Dinner on Friday evening when we will honor Maurice "Moe" Hill '69 as recipient of the Football Letterwinners Association's Lifetime Achievement Award.
The event is a dinner dance and is scheduled to be held at the newly constructed Rutgers Welcome Center that is adjacent to Rutgers Stadium. Spouses are welcome. Saturday will feature the Rutgers - Syracuse football game and the Football Letterwinners pre-game tailgate. Additional details and game ticket information are available on our web site.
Membership Renewals
Letterwinners whose membership expired as of June 30, 2010 received a membership application in their mailing. You need to be current with your dues for access to a sideline pass for all home games. These passes are available to former players who earned a varsity letter and are current dues paying members of the association. If you are planning to renew your membership please don't wait until the last minute to assure that your name will be included on the membership list ahead of the first home game of the season on September 2. The membership form can also be downloaded from our web site. This year, starting with the 2006 team, players will be exempt from paying dues for 4-years from the end of their eligibility. At the end of this grace period, these former players will need to join the association to have access to sideline passes.
